Next Gen/Emerging Leaders
Emily Davis has spent the last three years heavily involved in the next gen issues within the sector ranging from family philanthropy to nonprofits and more! Emily's research, Preparing the Path to Leadership, has informed her trainings and collaborations with organization such as Craigslist Foundation, Young Nonprofit Professionals Network, Resource Generation, 21/64, Council on Foundations, San Diego Grantmakers, Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy (EPIP), the Giving Insitute, and Hodge Cramer and Associates, Inc.
Emerging leaders (those 35 - 40 and younger) play a CRITICAL roll in the success of individual nonprofit organizations and the sector as a whole.
